Founded by Christina Hull in 2017, TOB has grown from a solo business into a collaborative team of five women with experience across corporate administration, business support, marketing and events. We help organisations reclaim time, reduce operational pressure and stay focused on strategic priorities through flexible, professional support behind the scenes.

Over the years, The Outsource Boutique has supported businesses, not-for-profits and membership organisations with executive-level support, event delivery and operational coordination. As the business has grown, so has the vision behind it — to provide exceptional support to clients while also creating flexible and meaningful career opportunities for skilled women in Southeast Queensland.

Meet Christina
The Outsource Boutique was founded by Christina Hull, who brings more than three decades of experience in executive assistance, business administration, marketing and events.
Originally from Far North Queensland, Christina relocated to Brisbane in 2012 and established TOB in 2017. Since then, she has grown the business from a solo operation into a trusted team-based model known for professionalism, reliability and strong client relationships.
Christina leads the business across strategy, client relationships, service quality and senior event delivery, with a passion for helping organisations reduce pressure behind the scenes and operate with greater clarity, consistency and confidence.
